2. Scope of Services
Genesis Services G.B LTD., through apostilos.com, offers certified translations, apostille services, and coordination with government or consular authorities when required. Services are provided digitally or in person when applicable.
3. Product Delivery Policy
Delivery times depend on the type of service, language, and processing requirements. The Company strives to deliver within the estimated time but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external authorities or courier services.
4. Business Responsibility
The Company guarantees professional accuracy and confidentiality. Liability for verified translation errors is limited to correction or refund of the service fee. The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law (1981), the Customer may cancel an order within 14 days of purchase, if the service has not yet been provided. Once processing begins, cancellation may not be possible or may incur partial charges. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 business days. No refunds apply to completed services or government fees.
6. Privacy Policy
All documents and data provided by Customers through apostilos.com are handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for service delivery. Genesis Services G.B LTD. does not share client information with third parties except when legally required or necessary for completing services. Data storage complies with international security standards.
7. Age Restriction
Services offered via apostilos.com are available only to individuals aged 18 or older or to authorized representatives of legal entities.
8. Payment and Security
